Accounts Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate accounting entries into the system.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors’ invoices, bills, etc.
- Proper recording of petty cash transactions.
- Ensure that bank records are properly updated.
- Enter journal entries for month-end closing
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Provide administrative support when the need arises.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point and Adobe PDF)
- Possess a valid driving license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
