**Job Scope**:

- Curriculum Planning and teaching. Engages in lesson planning and implementation, preparation of teaching materials, and classroom environment to ensure effective teaching and learning for children.
- Team teaching - contributes as part of the teaching team to ensure successful teamwork and collaboration. To be responsible for the classroom environment duties and full day-care duties.
- Operation excellence - organizes and carries out the daily operations and to maintain hygiene, health, safety, supervision and security standards pertaining to children’s care and well-being.
- Building customer relations - builds and maintains rapport and consistent personalized interactions with all children, parents, engages in daily communications with parents, maintaining strong collaborative parent partnership and service standards
- Continuous professional learning - participates and contributes to professional practices like learning circles, collaborative planning sessions to promote self-development and to benefit from the school collaborations and networking activities. Attends all required trainings
- Teamwork excellence - able to work well with different cultures, races, abilities and academic backgrounds. Possess evident leadership skills and as well as teach ability in all areas.
- To participate and support in all Centre’s curriculum events, marketing events and required trainings
- Any other duties assigned by the Centre Principal.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education**:

- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written Mandarin / English
- Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
- With or without early childhood experience (children under 6 years of age), but highly motivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children’s learning and development.
- Teaching learners with diverse language and learning needs
- A range of settings ideally also in an international school environment
- Using technology in learning**
