**Responsibilities**:

- Taking orders from customers.
- Answering questions about menu items, food ingredients and so on.
- Try to up-sell our products and give suggestions to customer about menu items.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
- Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating.
- Ensure the restaurant is tidy and clean at all times.
- Handle customers payment and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Applicant must be passionate in food and beverage as well as taking care of customers.
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.
- Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in F&B industry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)
