We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to lead sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and execute strategic marketing efforts focused on agricultural machinery solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities, consumer needs, and industry trends through research and analysis.
- Design, launch & manage multi-channel marketing campaigns & promotional activities
- Oversee the sales pipeline, set sales target, forecast revenue & ensure sales quotas are met.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Track & analyze sales & marketing performance metrics, report on campaign success & financial objectives to senior leadership.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Technical knowledge of agriculture machinery and farming practices.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field
- At least 3+ year of working experience in sales/marketing, preferably in agriculture machinery
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to travel and work independently within the agriculture sector
- Other benefits: EPF contributions and SOCSO, Commission, Allowance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
