**About the role**

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Store Assistant** to join our team at **Salam Point Grocery'** in **Kelana Jaya, Selangor**. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our grocery store.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries
- Stocking and replenishing shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and accurately
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including cleaning and tidying
- Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately
- Receiving and processing deliveries, checking inventory and stock levels
- Providing support to the store manager and team as required

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a grocery or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and basic inventory management
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
