To handle full set of accounts, ensure relevant schedules such as but not limited to fixed assets, accrual, prepayment listing, intercompany schedule and etc are well organized.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- General office administration works
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
- The scope of work should be revised from time to time based on management needs or requirements

**Qualification**
- 3- or 4-years’ working experience
- Required skill(s): MS Office (Basic level)
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
