Daily analysis of potentially fraudulent transactions and support the service delivery of AML processes - Transaction monitoring of assigned profiles to assess potential suspicious activity on the account, such as money laundering - Review and analyze underlying data gathered on red flags to assess whether the alert should be recommended for escalation or to be closed with no further action - Conduct case investigation following process flow with alert investigation with in-depth information gaethering and analysis - Perform KYC checks in accordance with in-house policies, guidelines, and rules - Case investigation, information and facts gathering **Permanent Role: 5 days per week rotational from Mon - Sun** **Working Hour: 12am - 9am (5 working days / rotational shift)**: - 2 weeks training is not allowed to take leave._ **Job Requirement**: **~ SPM holders and above are welcome to apply** **~ Must Have At least 1 year experiences in KYC/KYB/BSFI/AML** **~ Able to work on rotational shift basis & night shift** **~ Fluency in written & spoken English & Mandarin** - **Interview Process**:_ _Online Registration + Online Test > HR Phone Interview > HM FTF Interview_ - **Remuneration Package**:_ - **Basic is up to RM4,500 + RM300 Fixed Language Allowance**: - **RM300 Fixed Language Allowance**: - **Insurance Coverage: Hospitalization, Term Life & Personal Accident Insurance**: - 10 days annual leave (Prorated) - Sick leave - Hospitalization leave - Maternity and paternity leave - Medical coverage - Probation and resignation - OT (approved by supervisors) - Dental or Optical benefits - max RM 100 per year Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month Application Question(s): - What is your current salary? - What is your expected salary? - Are you willing to work rotational shift job in Georgetown? **Experience**: - KYC/KYB/BSFI/AML: 1 year (required) **Language**: - write/type Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person
