Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing? We’re looking for a **creative and driven Digital Content Intern** to join our team at **Marq Academy** This is a great opportunity to gain **hands-on experience** in managing social media, creating engaging content, and growing an audience—especially in the Chinese-language market.

**Internship Details**:

- **Location**: Marq Academy, Skudai
- **Duration**: 3 - 5 months
- **Allowance**: RM 500 - RM 800
- **Start Date**: December 2025 / January 2026
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday & alternate Saturdays, 9AM - 6PM
- **Preferred**: Chinese Speaker

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Content Creation**
- Develop, write, and publish engaging **Chinese-language** content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Design eye-catching posts, graphics, and short videos to captivate our audience.

**Social Media Management**
- Schedule and manage posts to ensure consistent content flow.
- Monitor and engage with comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.

**Analytics & Strategy**
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).
- Analyze trends and suggest creative strategies to improve content performance.

**Campaign & Marketing Support**
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas to enhance brand presence.

**Trend & Audience Insights**
- Stay updated on the latest **social media trends** and suggest innovative content strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Language Skills**
- Proficiency in **Mandarin (written & spoken)** is a must.
- Basic **English proficiency** for internal communication.

**Education & Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in **Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field**.

**Skills & Creativity**
- Familiarity with **social media platforms & trends**.
- Basic photo & video editing skills (**Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut**).
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

**Personal Attributes**
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in **social media marketing** is a plus but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3 - 5 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
