This position is responsible to ensure all benefit related issue is managed properly. Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Claim '¢ Received and compile all the document that have been received by employee '¢ Produce summary report to CEO company and summary report for payroll purpose '¢ Verified the entire claims that have been requested with the supporting details. '¢ Justify if any excess expenses on particular month to CEO of the company '¢ Ensure total amount of the claim are tally with the report to CEO and payroll submission. Attendance '¢ Distribute and compile monthly HRMS template to respective person in charge every month (Bestinet Group). '¢ Verified all the leave have been submitted via system or manual form '¢ Verified attendance that have been submitted are correct and tally with the Head Count Number '¢ Ensure New Join staff are recorded in the system and HRMS template accordingly '¢ Ensure Resign Staff are deleted in the system and HRMS template accordingly '¢ Verified over time that has been requested by employees and approval from their immediate superiors. '¢ Follow up the issues that related to employee salary, EPF, SOSCO and PCB. '¢ Ensure all related document received by payroll department (JR Joint) within the dateline Administration '¢ Update and manage the master list of the Bestinet group Name list '¢ Record monthly staff movement of Bestinet group '¢ Submit Monthly new and resign Staff to Admin Department (JR Joint) for medical insurance policy. '¢ Provide supporting document for the new join and resign staff (hard copy) for payroll department. '¢ Key in Bestinet group employee details into HRMS system. '¢ Filling all the relevant document accordingly (Manual leave form, Attendance, Exit Interview) Recruitment '¢ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants '¢ Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. '¢ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives '¢ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. '¢ Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues, and to work on resolving problems '¢ Evaluate employees' job performance Other Advantages '¢ Knowledgeable & understand Payroll process in overall
