Dose Beaute is expanding — and we’re looking for a dedicated, proactive and creative admin to join our growing team

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, loves working with people, and has a passion for social media & influencer marketing.

Job Responsibilities

As our Influencer & Affiliate Admin, you will:
**Influencer Management**
- _- Source and shortlist potential influencers based on campaign needs_
- _Communicate with influencers for collaboration, campaign briefings & timelines_
- _Track deliverables, content posting, and engagement performance_
- _Coordinate product deliveries & PR kits for influencers_
- _Maintain updated influencer database and contact list_

**Affiliate Program Handling**
- _Handle onboarding of new affiliates_
- _Monitor affiliate activities, performance and generate monthly reports_
- _Be the point of contact for affiliate queries & support_
- _Prepare promotional tools/materials for affiliates (coupon codes, visuals, updates)_

**Administrative Support**
- _Assist in campaign coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups_
- _Handle documentation and basic reports_
- _Work closely with the marketing & creative team to align on launches & promotions_
- _Ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear with all parties_

**Who We’re Looking For**
- _Someone who understands social media & influencer trends (especially Instagram & TikTok)_
- _Comfortable with admin work, reporting, tracking, and spreadsheets_
- _Friendly and professional communicator — able to deal with different types of personalities_
- _Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems_
- _Fast learner, detail-oriented & organized_
- _Basic design knowledge (Canva) or Google Sheets/Excel is a plus_
- _Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing is a huge bonus, but not required_
