**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support sales staff during shifts to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to master product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, arrange restocking, and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, with visual merchandising that aligns with brand standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, seasonal displays, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily settlement reports.
- Enforce company policies and loss prevention measures to maintain a safe and orderly shopping environment.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, staff attendance records, and other administrative documents.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess SPM or equivalent; a diploma in retail management, business, or fashion-related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Knowledge of clothing types, sizes, and basic fabric information is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and manage a small team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.

**Other Information**:

- Compensation includes basic salary + allowances + sales commission
- Work locations: Canning Garden, Aeon Big Falim, Aeon Station 18
