**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual abilities and needs of children aged 3-12 years old.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to promote educational, cognitive, physical, and social growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving requirements.
- Facilitate academic, social, and behavioural development through innovative teaching methods.
- Assist students during daily routines, including mealtime supervision and personal care if required.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters independence and confidence.
- Work closely with parents to set learning goals, provide updates on progress, and recommend home-based strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, counsellors, and support staff to address each child’s unique needs effectively.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement to ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and programs to support the overall learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and the community to build a supportive network for student success.

**Requirement**:

- A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Special Education, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- While prior experience in the field is preferred, fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching children with special needs are encouraged to apply.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
