**Job Title: Part-Time Architect - Healthcare Facility Redesign and Feasibility**

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to assess existing building layouts and propose redesign plans to accommodate specialist clinic and surgical units.
- Ensure that all redesign plans adhere to Malaysian building regulations, particularly those outlined by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Provide advisory services on architectural design considerations for healthcare facilities, including space optimization, patient flow, and accessibility.
- Liaise with building M&E technical professionals to integrate necessary infrastructure for healthcare facilities, such as medical gas systems, HVAC, and electrical requirements(if needed)
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications as needed for the redesign process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design, particularly in healthcare facility redesign projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, specifically those related to healthcare facilities under the Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A network of building M&E technical professionals in Kuala Lumpur is highly desirable.

**Schedule and Compensation**:

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and negotiated on a project-by-project basis.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,965.81 - RM4,663.49 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
