In-house Architectural firm for High-Rise High-End Development in Mont Kiara.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Junior / Assistant Architect located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
- Performing the role of an Assistant Architect in design and project management for residential, mixed development, commercial, or master plan environments;
- Conducting feasibility studies, preparing concept and schematic design presentation drawings, design development, construction detailed drawings, and building contract drawings;
- Preparing tender documentation, schedules, and material specifications;
- Performing administrative and professional architectural works by managing projects from inception through the implementation stage;
- Ensuring design quality and works are carried out to the specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Liaison with local council & agency for submission & approval.
- CCC compliance coordination and submission.
- Assisting the project architect to monitor projects to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Responsible for outgoing memo / letters (from Senior Architect); Typing draft letter (including formatting before finalize by Senior)
- Daily basis: - recording incoming / outgoing correspondence, and documents filing & maintain and organize a systematic filing system for all project-related documents.

**Qualifications**
- Possess at least a **Degree equivalent to LAM Part I for Assistant Architect**:

- Intern / Fresh-Graduated is also encourage to apply
- Preferably with **2 years** of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Sketch-up software.
- Capability in 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow design instructions.
- Matured, proactive and ability to work independently with focus on task completion and dateline.

**Submissions**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
