**General**:

- Support the Production Director in resource allocation, management and delivery of production projects, ultimately to ensure client work is delivered on brief and on time.
- Clear communication - and communication habits - to ensure smooth running of the wider production function inside 1000heads
- Administration and management of design team members as required
- Support the wider production team on reasonable ad-hoc tasks
- Stay up-to-date with social platforms, formats and industry trends Attendance minimum once a week at 915am AEST daily stand-up meeting

**Design**
**- ** Relentless attention-to-detail
- Ensure design consistency for our client’s brands / versus the brief
- Design and implementation of studio briefs with the support and, where appropriate, reasonable guidance of the Production Director
- Successfully brief and direct photographers, illustrators, videographers and developers in order to achieve the required output and standard. Creative thinking & problem solving
- Make recommendations and push boundaries to explore new creative solutions and improve quality of the creative work
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and conceptualize a brief from issue through to artwork and implementation
- Responsible for working with the Production Director and wider team to interpret, interrogate and implement the creative idea to produce excellent creative work

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in advertising/social media agencies.
