1) Experience in edible packaging plant and some strong knowledge in oil refining particularly palm oil.

2) Responsible for quality control, process monitoring and trouble shooting within the packaging process,

customer complaint and feedback.

3) To ensure compliance standard with Quality Management System procedure and implementation.

4) Implements and review all Quality control checks for raw/packaging materials on arrival and to ensure that

all check are properly executed.

5) Designs the training material and conducts the training sessions for QA/QC, Marketers and staffs.

6) Control analytical cost and seek opportunities on cost savings without impacting the quality of product

and motivates teams to achieve departmental targets.

7) Able to advice on oil quality status requirements on blending and performance.

8) Responsible for the overall of the Quality Control / Assurance & Food Safety systems in the organization.

9) Develop the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve the required standard of quality.

10) Responsible to ensure effective implementation of pre-requisite program, HACCP and quality system.

11) Perform periodic audit to ensure the compliance of SOP implementation.

12) Provide professional advice on new product development in align with the company strategy.

13) Conduct investigation analysis / study on all non-conformance of product reported & propose necessary preventive & corrective measure.

14) Communicate effectively & work closely with other Business Unit to achieve a joint target.

15) Provide excellence coaching which contributes to the company culture development of all QA team members.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
