**We’re Hiring: Account Admin / Assistant**

**Location**: U12, Shah Alam

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**: Mon-Fri (9AM-6PM)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Account Admin / Assistant** to support our finance and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and has basic accounting and admin knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks (invoices, payments, receipts, petty cash)
- Prepare monthly reports and assist in bookkeeping
- Liaise with external parties (auditor, tax agent, suppliers)
- Manage company documentation and filing system
- Update internal records and systems accurately
- Assist in general admin duties when needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business Admin or related field
- 1 year of working experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL, Autocount, or similar is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
