1. Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Establish and develop the QMS.
- Setup and establish quality manual, SOP, working instruction, forms, and documents related to QMS.
- Maintained documented procedure to control all the documents and format of records that are related to the requirements of GMP, ISO, etc.
- Implement quality improvement plan.
2. Quality/ GMP Training
- Setup and establish quality/ GMP training modules.
- Conduct quality training and work with HR Officer to provide any other related training.
3. Audit and deal with certifies bodies
- Handle GMP, ISO and quality audit.
- Lead and handle internal audit programme.
4. Quality issue
- Chair the team in settle quality issue, involve in the investigation of customer complaints, product recall and non-conformities.
5. Manage QA/ QC team
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in-process / outgoing quality functions and preparation of QA reports.
- Lead, monitor and approve QA/ QC for daily production check.
- Lead, monitor and approve QA/ QC for daily incoming check.
- Lead, monitor and approve QA/ QC for product before shipment.
6. Manage, monitor and control all in-house and third party calibration activity.
- Lead, monitor and approve QA/ QC equipment calibration activities.
- Record, control and maintain room temperature and humidity for controlled room.
- Manage, monitor RO water quality.
7. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
