**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and food service operators.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, relationship building, and effective account management.
- Present and promote product range to potential clients, ensuring deep product knowledge and the ability to answer technical or usage questions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and agreements within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food, condiments, or sauces industry.
- Strong understanding of the food manufacturing sector and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (Able to converse in Mandarin is a bonus)
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
