Planning & manage social media
- To oversee, update and creating contents on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and so on.
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business.
- Assist with our website Graphic design / promotional banner design
- To create creative ideas for marketing plans & customer engagement
- To reply and answer customer enquiries on all social media platforms
- Liaise with customers and convert to sales from enquiries
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Other Administrative Works
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with various administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance to Media Strategists for digital campaigns - giveaways/contest ideas to increase exposure
- Assist on any task given by superior as and when required
Requirement:

- Must know Graphic Design - well know in using photoshop or AI or any video editing skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Motivated and fast learner
- Mature, responsible and willing to work in team
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
