- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HRA functions and
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Provide assistance in recruitment, orientation and on-boarding of new employees.
- Assist on registration for staff’s training.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier documents and parcels and distribute to respective departments
- Assist in handling foreign worker management (Bank matters, Permit renewal, FOMEMA)
- Provide support for office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Oversee office administration covering office facility management.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

**Required Qualifications / Experience**
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Self-discipline, good learning and working attitude

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
