**Title**:Sales Manager, P&P, Malaysia**:
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Responsible to support the pulp & paper chemicals sales team in Malaysia:

- P&P sales responsibility
- Ability to lead a strong & motivated sales team
- Ability to create good working relationship with existing & new potential customers in Malaysia
- P&P chemicals mill surveys, lab evaluation & process optimization
- To provide quality both sales & technical service support in Malaysia:

- Driving new business potential
- Day to day technical & trial activity support
- Customer problem and trouble shooting
- Development and implementation of business strategies.
- Develop the infrastructure for future warehousing and manaufacturing of Kemira Products locally.
- Develop the team to be able to meet the future needs of the market
- Insure that all safety, environmental and health objectives are achieved.
- Support relationship development with all customers.

What you’ll bring to the team:

- Bachelor of Engineering/Business in related discipline; past experience on pulp & paper/chemical related industry would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 10 years industrial working experience in technical sales
- Strong computer skills are essential with proficiency in software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills:

- Should have good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin, with Bahasa Malaysian language being an additional advantage.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skill & results oriented
- Good presentation skills & ability to convey concise information externally & internally
- Ability to work independently & intensive traveling is required
