Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
- Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise sectors
- Expand presence and deepen engagements within FSI customers, including banks and insurance companies
- Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal tracking
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and partner teams to deliver compelling customer propositions
- Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to scale business reach
- Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
- Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks (e.g., RMiT, PDPA)
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope)
- Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker
- Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
- Strong partner ecosystem knowledge, with references to successful joint wins
- Experience working directly with FSI customers is highly desirable
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
