Since creation, we had proudly serve more than 10M local consumers. **Responsibility** - Responsible for mandatory certification of all types of electric home appliances/FDA goods - Responsible for information and updates on state regulations related to electric home appliances/FDA goods. - Carry out customs clearance procedures for all types of import and export; - Look up HS code of goods and resolve problems that arise during the customs clearance process of the order. - Support customs services with documents and necessary issues. - Track and collect cost statistics on payment invoices. - Statistics, management of imported goods progress, and quality inspection - Other related jobs **Requirement** - Bachelor's Degree in Business admin/supply chain/logistics or any related field. - Fluent in English or Chinese (written, listening, speaking fluently). - Proficient in basic office software and Excel basic functions. - Experience in handling product certification. - At least 1-year-experience in certification/compliance in in-house or certification agencies. Logistics/custom clearance/supply chain/project management experiences are open to apply. - Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, honest, meticulous, quick to adapt, eager to learn, and hard working. **Values** YAOYAO is a vibrant, youthful, and approachable company.
