Responsibilities
1. Assist and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Assist to counseling on policies and procedures
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
4. Assist to create and implement effective onboarding plans
5. Assist to develop training and development programs
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the HR Department of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Assist the HR Department to maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
9.Assist the HR Department to review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
10. Assist the HR Department to preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
11. Help the HR Department to orientating new employees and training existing employees.
12. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
13. Assist the HR Department to overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
14. Assist the HR Department to implementing systematic staff development procedures.
15. Assist the HR Department to ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
