Join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur as an PR and Event Internship Student at JP Asia Capital Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time opportunity for students interested in event management and marketing. As part of our talented Events team, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of exciting corporate events and client functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the planning and organisation of events, including venue sourcing, vendor management, guest communications and on-the-day coordination
  • Create and implement dynamic event concepts and online marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
  • Attend and support the events to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Invite customers to attend to the event.
  • Collect and analyse post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary diploma or degree program, such as Marketing, PR,  Communications or Event Management
  • Able to travel within Malaysia
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for the corporate event industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with canva and capcut software
