**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, customer information, and order details.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer records
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare sales documents such as quotes, invoice for customer.
- Assist on filing for customer.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 Year on administrative, Fresh Graduate can apply
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Know how to manage Google Drive, Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work overtime or on public holiday.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
