**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage together with the MFE Operations team in Port Klang all paperwork and Discos processes around material shipment and return processing
- Responsible for implementation, respect and control of all operations (commercial office, yard, logistic & supply ) processes for AT-PAC within the Setup of MFE Malaysia”
- Connects on a daily basis with all levels of staff in all departments with ATPAC (Sales, Engineering, Operations) and Yard personnel etc. to ensure customer needs are met;
- Communicates with customers/sales personnel regarding product availability, delivery dates, order cancellations and order status
- Operative capacity planning with MFE Operations team for inbound and outbound (shipping board)
- Coordination and oversight of material receipts in the warehouse, storage of material, customer deliveries, customer returns and reconditioning of formwork (4-eyes-principle) as per the internally defined rules and proceedings
- Manages and maintains all aspects of customer accounts and the order process (order placement, order entry, follow up, price verification and product inquiries)
- Management of back order process
- Freight organization from/to AT-PAC Malaysia customers
- Work closely with the Corporate Supply Chain team on the material import process for material shipments coming from outside Malaysia
- Prepare and run all operative Discos related month end closing activities in Discos at the Discos Client ATPAC Malaysia (including invoice closing, purchase order review and reconciliation, negative inventories, calculation of depreciation, calculation of rental inventory valuation)
- Contact person during month closing activities with AT-PAC Regional Operations Manager and Doka Malaysia Finance department
- Key User in the branch for in-house ERP system (Discos) for ATPAC Malaysia
- Preparation of stocktaking and execution with the branch’s Operations Manage

**Qualifications**:
**Experience:/Licence/Certification**:

- Completed compulsory education / apprenticeship
- Experience with any kind of ERP system
- Practical experience in freight management including international sea freight
- Experience in Yard Management is an advantage
- Enjoy a variety of warehouse activities
- Reliable team player combined with a high degree of working willingness
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and or English, or commitment to learn the language
