**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations Management**
- Monitor daily operations to meet production targets in cold forming, cold heading, and screw machining.
- Resolve internal issues and non-conformities within 24 hours.
- Perform regular shop-floor walkarounds to ensure discipline and work ethic.

**2. Lean & Continuous Improvement**
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and SMED activities.
- Improve yield, efficiency (OEE), and cost-effectiveness.

**3. Project & Process Development**
- Lead new product transfers and qualifications.
- Introduce process innovations and automation.
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

**4. Team & Quality Leadership**
- Guide production and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards.
- Maintain high standards in quality and customer responsiveness.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- **Experience**: At least 10 years in manufacturing (fasteners, machining, cold forging, metal stamping).
- **Technical**: Strong mechanical/engineering skills. Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001.
- **Systems**: Good command of MS Office and CAD tools preferred.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (for coordination with China plant).
- **Traits**: Results-driven, hands-on, disciplined, and capable of leading under pressure.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
