Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient Management**:Scheduling and confirming appointments, registering new patients, and managing patient records.
- **Financial Administration**:Handling billing, insurance claims, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- **Office Operations**:Ordering supplies, managing inventory, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Staff Management**:Supervising and training administrative staff, monitoring attendance and leave, and assisting with HR functions.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:Answering patient inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between patients, dentists, and other clinic staff.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting in preparing ISO documentation related to accounting and admin functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
