As an Audit & Tax Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting financial statement audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, schedules, and reports.
- Conducting tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Assisting in the research and interpretation of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
- Participating in client meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws.
- Experience in auditing and tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Proficient in using accounting software and tax preparation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
