**What will you be engaged in?**
As our new **Incident Response Specialist**, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide clear guidance to TREVO users in Accident & Late Return
- Manage expectation to both TREVO users and Car Hosts whenever they encounter accident
- Build a process to increase cost efficiency
- Communicate with the workshop panel, insurance agencies, authorities, Hosts and Guests
- Develop a system that records all accident and late return records
- Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiency and be able to propose a new plan and suggestion for cost-effectiveness
- Investigate, manage and resolve fraud and theft-related incidents
- Supervise, coordinate and resolve late return issues
- Assisting in other cities accident/late return incidents
- Observe/control GPS distribution across the cities by ensuring the host that receiving met with the criteria set

- Doer and executor who can implement plan fast and properly
- Basic knowledge in the automotive industry
- Experience in hiring and managing staff, service contractors and other vendors
- Results-driven with a willingness to experiment and adapt
- Excellent English in written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skill
- Proficient knowledge in using spreadsheets
- Willing to work flexible hours (inclusive weekends, public holidays and midnight)
