**About the role**

We are seeking a Account & Finance Executive to join our team at NUETRA SDN BHD in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position and you will play a crucial role in our Accounts Payable function, contributing to the overall financial operations of the company.

Salary**:RM2,000 - RM3,000 + Allowances**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Capable of completing full sets of accounts and preparing monthly and financial reports
- Coordinate with external parties, including customers and suppliers, to address accounting-related issues
- Collaborate with auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax matters
- Continual assessment and make recommendations to improve financial processes and controls as we expand
- Ensure timely submission and accurate monthly financial reporting
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable files and records and reconciliation
- To perform and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the Management from time to time

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in accounting, fresh graduate also encourages to apply.
- Experience managing accounting software (Autocount, Xero, Quicbooks, SQL ).
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, responsibility and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
