**MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Executing overall Company’s marketing activities and events which include Exhibitions, Book Fair, Seminars Retail Promotion, Online Promotions etc.
- Preparing advertising and promotional materials for sales team, retailers etc.
- Establish and manage relations with media, government or non-government agencies;
- Assist in initiating partnerships with various entities to increase sales channels
- Conceptualise and develop marketing materials such as POSM, press release, leaflet and others;
- Manage day-to-day activities on Pelangi’s social media platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Other ad-hoc marketing assignments as may be required from time to time.

**General working scope**:

- Assist in marketing plan, development, and strategy
- Translate marketing strategy to tactical plans
- Execution of tactical plans
- Planning and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
- Working with an agency to prepare marketing & promotion materials
- Managing inventory and stock counting for A&P materials
- Assist in managing logistics related to marketing event
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required by the management team

**Managing Digital Marketing and Social Media**:

- Produce relevant posting & contents for Social Media platforms
- Managing company Facebook, Instagram and other related social media platform - posting, responding to comments and queries, updating information, monitoring activities etc.
- Conducting or moderating live & streaming sessions on social media platforms
- Preparing artwork for ad-hoc internal posting

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing or education field
- Willing to travel within Malaysia;
- Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (Paid OT) if there necessary;
- Selected applicants will be working in Bandar Baru Bangi.

**Required document**:

- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary with a recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current education level;
- NRIC photocopy;
- Latest 3 months payslips.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
