**Job Title**:Digital Marketing Executive**

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for leading digital campaign execution, social media strategy, live-stream marketing, and performance tracking across Kayangan Holdings and its sub-brands (rotationally based on content calendar). This includes managing multimedia content, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring consistent brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Live Streaming & E-Commerce Engagement**_
- Plan, host, and manage regular live sessions on Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.
- Prepare promotional scripts and post-live analytics.
- Coordinate with visual design teams for graphic overlays and content support.
- **2. Social Media & Content Creation**_
- Brainstorm short-form content ideas (Reels, TikToks, etc.) aligned with brand themes.
- Write captions, CTAs, and hashtags tailored to different platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to develop content that supports campaigns.
- **3. Cross-Brand Digital Marketing**_
- Support digital efforts across all brands: Kayangan Gallery, Sleeping Llama, Kayangan

Living, Kayangan TV, and Salam Streetwear (based on scheduling, not simultaneously).
- Ensure brand voice consistency and targeted messaging per brand identity.
- **4. Campaign & Performance Analytics**_
- Track KPIs including engagement rate, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization suggestions.
- **5. Platform Management**_
- Maintain Shopee storefronts, banners, product listings, and in-platform promotions.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and adjust based on performance data.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (preferably in lifestyle/event/retail sectors).
- Skilled in social media management, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce tools.
- Bonus: Experience in video editing, basic graphic design, influencer coordination

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**:

- Video editing for Reels or event highlights.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
