- Perform other administrative tasks - keep track of hardware inventory of servers, PCs / Laptops and related parts;
- Perform periodic housekeeping and disaster recovery;
- Perform and monitor fault reports and case escalation with relevant vendors;
- Provide support to end-users, manage workstations and related equipment within the company;
- Ensure compliance of software and hardware licenses.

**Requirement**:

- Degree students in Information Technology or its equivalent;
- Knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Switches, Synology Products, hardware and system troubleshooting and Network Security will be an added advantage;
- Knowledge in Network troubleshooting skills - LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP and VLAN is a MUST;
- Posses good understanding of end-user’s need and able to provide effective support;
- Dynamic individual, good interpersonal skills and strong command of English - both written and spoken;
- Analytic mindset, multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
- Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented;
- Experiences and knowledge in programming is a huge advantage especially in PHP.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
