**Position: Internship - Human Capital Management**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment support and selection process of new hires and interns as well as onboarding and orientation scopes
- To assist in Employee Relations program such as Company events, Staff Welfare initiatives, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- To support Human Capital Management administrative task including but not limited to Training & Development program, HRMS system, invoice/ claims processing as well as front desk/reception duties.
- To manage, support and maintain updated and accurate record keeping of training and learning data as well as HRDC claims of all employees
- Relevant Skills/Coursework: Learning & Development, Competencies Management, Career Development and Training Needs Analysis.
**Requirements**:
- To be able to commit 6 months internship (immediate hiring).
- Willing to learn, detailed oriented and responsible person.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong command of English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
