**KEY ROLES**:

- Develop and organize comprehensive teaching materials aligned with the course objectives.
- Design and prepare assessments to evaluate student performance effectively.
- Track and record student attendance consistently throughout the semester.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to Student Development courses.
- Ensure alignment with learning outcomes and institutional guidelines.
- Conduct academic research relevant to the field of expertise.
- Prepare and submit research papers for publication in academic journals or conferences.
- Planning and Implementation of Student Welfare Programs
- Organize and oversee programs that support students’ well-being and academic success.
- Support in Marketing and Student Recruitment Activities and participate in promotional events and outreach initiatives to attract prospective students.
- Assistance in Monitoring the Ulu Albab Program at UniKL MIMET.
- Assist the Centre for Student Development (CSD) in organizing and implementing various student-related programs and events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master in Pengajian Islam / Al-Quran & Hadith / Islamic & Social Studies / Islamic Education / Islamic Culture & Civilization / Islamic History & Civilization or any related field.
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- Training of Trainers (TOT) General Subject Course (MPU) by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- High level of professional integrity, responsibility, and dedication to the teaching profession.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in academic or project-based settings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
