1. Lead & manage QA&QC team to develop & maintain quality management system to ensure factory operation activities are according to the standard specifications and requirement

8. Work together with the R&D team in developing new products and maintaining the quality of raw materials used

10. Responsible to handle, coordinate and update customer complaint and food safety related issues.

11. Other relevant tasks related to the job scope.

**Salary Range**:RM 3,000.00 ~ RM 3,500.00 / month (Negotiable based on experience)

**Working Hours**: 5.5 Days ~ Monday To Friday (8.00 am to 5.00 pm), Saturday (8.00 am to 1.00 pm)

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma / Degree in Food Science and Technology
- **Minimum 5 years’** working experience in manufacturing preferably in frozen food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Focus to details.
- Can start work immediately or with short notice
