**About Us**:
Sambal Bakar Malaya is a rapidly growing restaurant brand specializing in authentic Malaysian grilled dishes and signature sambals. We’re expanding and seeking a dedicated and experienced **Area Manager** to supervise multiple outlets, ensure smooth operations, and maintain the highest standards across the Klang Valley region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Supervision**:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to monitor performance, address challenges, and resolve issues.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are consistently excellent.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise outlet managers and staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance staff performance.
- Address staffing issues, including recruitment, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
- **Performance Management**:

- Monitor and analyze sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency for all outlets.
- Implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure each outlet meets its performance targets and KPIs.
- **Inventory & Cost Control**:

- Ensure proper stock management at all outlets, minimizing wastage and shortages.
- Work closely with HQ to streamline inventory and cost control measures.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and implement measures to prevent recurring issues.
- Act as the face of the brand to ensure positive customer experiences at all outlets.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, staffing, and operational challenges to HQ.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and outlet teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation of company initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry, with experience managing multiple outlets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills for managing teams and interacting with customers.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Others**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between outlets.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
