Logistic Clerk

1) To compile full set of all import and export documents to accounts for their records and filing. 2) To compile invoices with attachment of shipping documents for head's approval for payment. 3) To issue delivery order advice to store and to advise required date. 4) Issue of delivery order, invoice and other required Non LC export document for shipment. 5) Assist Shipping Executive/ Supervisor on the daily shipping functions. 6) To follow up with transporter on their deliveries and weighing of containers / prime movers. 7) Prepare monthly LMW custom report and to maintain a daily report. 8) Ensure filing of shipping documents in order. 9) Other task assigned by the superior.
