**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm) Sunday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) The Store Shipping Clerk is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations related to shipping, returns, and resolving e-commerce issues. This role requires an efficient, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual to ensure that all shipping and return processes are carried out smoothly and in compliance with established standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Management of Returned Items**: - Handle parcels returned by courier services due to "Failed Delivery" issues. - Open returned parcels, inspect the condition of items, ensure they match the records in the system, and update the status accurately. - Organize and store returned items in the designated stock locations. - **Handling Return & Refund Processes**: - Manage all e-commerce returns and refunds. - Arrange and store returned stock after undergoing quality checks (QC). - Ensure all processes related to returns and refunds comply with company policies. - **Resolution of E-Commerce Issues and Claims**: - Handle customer disputes and appeal cases on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, etc. - Submit and follow up on claims for shipping costs on platforms like Shopee, ensuring proper documentation is complete. - **Operational Support**: - Assist in printing waybill labels and other shipping documents when working on Sundays or during team member absences. - Support urgent return and refund requests during high workloads or peak periods. **Job Requirements**: - **Education**: Minimum SPM - **Skills**: - Proficient in inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms like Shopee. - Strong time management and multitasking skills. - Detail-oriented in updating records and reports. - Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams, courier services, and e-commerce platforms. - **Personal Qualities**: - Efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented. - Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. - Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
