Understand the basic troubleshooting concepts and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- To perform regular checks, corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities, machines, & equipment and ensure related equipment is in safe and good working condition.
- Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.
- Attend to all electrical, air conditioning, building automation, plumbing works and other general repair works.
- Inspect buildings and ensure all firefighting system, pumps, wet riser, smoke detector & other life-safety systems and its installation are in good condition.
- Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by external contractors.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions or performance issues and take appropriate actions to resolve problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Provide feedback and give suggestions to improve safety, equipment stability and performance.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.
- Respond to emergency calls for any troubleshooting required at site.
- Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed and maintenance work done comply to local regulatory, corporate safety and industrial standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history.
- Plan inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels of critical parts and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma or its equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
- Understand and able to assist all authority, internal or relevant body audits, annual authority inspection, and statutory license renewal. e.g DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, SPKA, KPDNKK, etc.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Have basic knowledge of standard wirings in buildings, machines, and equipment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A motivated person with strong work ethics and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays as and when required.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in daily work plans and unplanned issues on equipment, maintaining a focus on productivity without compromising safety or quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
