**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate eCommerce strategies across different levels, including overall, by category, brand, and product. Take into account various factors such as product AOV, profitability, logistics, and fulfilment elements if necessary.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for eCommerce and establish all necessary frameworks and processes for its successful implementation.
- To seek opportunities to grow sales revenue and optimize sales funnel to improve conversion rates and achieve target GMV.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing/campaigns team members and external stakeholders to ensure media alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize the total eCommerce media budget to drive online efficiencies and maximize ROI.
- Prepare pre and post campaign report, monthly sales report and others that demonstrates ROAS (return on ad spend) to measure the success of eCommerce efforts.
- Take proactive steps to drive eCommerce growth within the organization. A proactive and self-starting approach is critical to success.
