**Content Creator: School Activities**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Production**:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of various school events, including but not limited to sports, performances, academic activities, and special occasions.

Ensure a diverse range of content that highlights the unique aspects of our school community.

Conduct interviews and gather testimonials from students, faculty, and staff to add a personal touch to the content.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:
Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software to create polished and visually appealing materials.

Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to elevate the overall quality and impact of the content.

Maintain a consistent and recognisable visual style that aligns with the school's branding guidelines.
- **Social media management**:
Develop and implement a content calendar for various social media platforms to ensure a steady flow of engaging content.

Monitor social media trends and stay informed about best practices for maximising reach and engagement.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to understand upcoming events and initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align content creation with broader institutional goals and messaging.
- **Equipment Management**:
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of photography and videography equipment.

Stay informed about advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or new tools as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Have proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of content creation skills.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Have a passion for education and a genuine interest in capturing the essence of school life.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
