**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the space bookings for both domestic and international Export and Import as per capacity planning input
- Ensuring accurate bookings has been made in the system within the set time frame for a agreed period
- Responsible for obtaining booking confirmation for the space that has been booked from load planning
- Responsible for making arrangements of space with 3rd party airline upon request from the reporting manager
- Responsible for the reports for the merchants
- Ensure appropriate procedures are implemented for abnormal situations and timely notification to the group ops and respective stakeholders
- Monitor SmartKargo systems for flight statuses and booking status
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight At the onset, you may be culture-shocked working in AirAsia and with the Teleport team. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
