We are looking for talents who experienced in logistic knowledge and familiar for planning to join our Penang Product Capacity Management team. Overall, this role will be responsible liaise with airlines for the space booking to be utilized for the daily booking of freight movements for assigned customer. Also to provide assistant to general operational support to internal team (Customer Service & Handling) and ensure effective coordination for overall process.

**The role require to execute the below tasks and initiative**:

- To assist Executive in daily booking and planning function.
- To work closely with implant staff for final loads confirmation
- To ensure timely issuance on the Load planning Lists.
- To Priorities load dispatch as per guidelines set by shipper.
- To ensure all records files orderly.
- To consolidate and plan load dispatches at minimum cost and maximize profitability.
- To perform any function assigned by superior.
- To ensure firm allotment is pre booked with airlines.
- To secure airlines space for all booking from customer and meet the customer tpt and delivery.
- To operate at minimum costs and maximum profitability.
- To ensure MAWB requested and prepare MAWB LIST for the carriers.
- To prepare flight matrix when requested.
- To ensure MAWB LISTS is being updates on weekly basis.
- To prepare allotment mawb list to shipper.
- To support/perform any other functions assigned by Department Head.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Posses Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Logistic Management & Transportation or any equivalent academic background.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the freight forwarding business.
- Exposure to Freight Forwarding will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Outlook
- Skills require:

- Attribute require:

- Work Independently (mínimal supervision)

- Fluency in conversing and writing in English and Malay is require as this position will interact with Internal colleagues and operation team. This position will be based at our Penang Branch, Bayan Lepas.
