- Preparation of month end closing and quarterly financial report, variance analysis, profit & loss forecast, cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation ad inter-company reconciliation.
- To manage and handle all aspects of AP (Account Payable) and Fixed asset register included but not limited to data entry, payment process, preparation of reconciliation, prepare journal for AP accruals and provision.
- Work closely with GL team for monthly closing and ensure AP is closed on timely basis
- Preparation and submission or filing of all taxes (withholding tax, GST, SST & etc).
- Assist in preparation of company budget, forecast and cash flow planning.
- To liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, consultant, company secretary, bankers and all government related agencies and departments.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA (graduate or partial), Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience and prior audit experience and experience in shopping mall management will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the tax rules, requirements and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
