**Finance Executive**

**Job summary**:
**Job Description and Responsibilities**

**1. Accounting & Audit Support**
- Assist in preparing financial statements and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support external auditors during the audit process.
- Maintained proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist in implementation of E-Invoice

**2. Financial Data Collection & Reporting**
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

**3. Project Financials Dashboard**
- Track and update project costs and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for internal reporting.
- Work closely with the team to monitor budgets and expenditures of the projects

**4. Payment Process & Checking**
- Review and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal payment policies and external regulations.

**5. Fundraising Support**
- Assist in financial due diligence for fundraising activities.
- Support the preparation of financial models and investor reports.

**6. Banking Relation Support**
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Assist in managing bank accounts, transactions, and documentation.

**7. Government Grant Application & Execution**
- Identify relevant government grants and funding opportunities.
- Execution on drawing down the grant and ensuring adherence to guidelines.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets etc.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
