**Overall Purpose**

To assist Head, Group Property in all matter relating to property management, planning and monitoring, in particular for the properties under Group Property KL and to support Group Property Division’s portfolio.

**Expectations and Objective of Position**
- Perform management and maintenance of selected MMCB properties to maximise the value of investment by planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring the assets/ property in accordance with the company policy
- Responsible to monitor procurement activities for Group Property Kuala Lumpur to ensure the right supply/ service is properly delivered on time at reasonable price in accordance with the company policy
- Perform Project Manager function for renovation/ improvement of MMCB headquarters to ensure the right design/ work is properly delivered on time at reasonable price in accordance with the company policy.
- Provide land administration services for MMC Group of Companies
- Provide consultancy services in relation to land procedures related laws in Malaysia
- Ensure that all land related matters are in compliance with statutory rules and regulations
- Design alternative to suit sales & marketing and/or Investors requirement
- To assist to explain the technical matters to investors during sales & marketing negotiation
- Perform any other duties assigned

**Financial Perspective**
- Manage the properties with a goal to maximise the asset’s value and achieve higher revenue stream for the company
- Attract and retain high quality tenants, to achieve high occupancy rate for all rented properties
- Ensure all consolidated property companies are self-sustained
- Ensure the Capital Expenditure is within budget
- Ensure the Operational Expenditure is within budget
- Safeguard and monitor MMC’s assets by maintaining close relationship with Officials at District, State/ Federal Levels and Politicians

**Customer Perspective**
- Ensure the satisfaction of MMC tenants and guest
- Manage the quality of projects
- Ensure program on maintenance of facilities

**Salary**: Up to RM120,000.00 per year
